1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at southexidli@gmail.com. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

2.3 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
